PIZZA CHEF

• 27 hours per week, 11.00am - 8.30pm, to include some weekend working

• £11.97 per hour plus enhancement for weekends where applicable

You'll be responsible for the production and service of food within The Chocolate Quarter's B Block café environment. This will include preparing and cooking pizzas, breakfasts and dinners using a woodburning oven.  You will maintain appropriate stock levels, ensure strict adherence to all legal frameworks regarding Health and Safety and Food Handling and Hygiene and contribute to the strategic development and budgetary control of the service which will be overseen by the Head Chef.
